wholemeal flour, water, yeast, vinegar, wheat gluten, vegetable oil, salt or iodised salt, soy flour, emulsifiers (471, 482), toasted malt flour (wheat or barley)
I think its around 80cals a piece.

is it worth eating? i dont want to gain too much but i also would like to know if its healthy..like is it a suitable choice?
Whole meal or whole grain bread is always better to consume then white bread.It is a healthier choice you have made.High in fibre breads are also very good for you as it would help with going to the toilet regular.I have worked in the food industry so I hope that this is a little helpful for you.
