delicious gluten free foods
Where can you buy Brazilian food in Australia, particularly Yoki farofa & guava paste, Garoto chocolates etc?

Would also like to find Yoki cheese bread mix or pao de queijo, I tried some & it is delicious & gluten free.

Have a look at www.brazilianstylefoods.com.au
It has all these products Yoki etc & sells it all over Australia.

is gluten good or bad for you
I’m getting bad sugar cravings the day after I have been training hard, how can I avoid this?

I am fitter than the average person, I do hard weight training with a PT 2 times a week for about 45 mins which I have been doing for 2 years. I also do body Combat for an hour 2-4 times a week. I am gluten intollerant so it’s hard to get enough of slow burning fibre in my diet as I can’t eat wholegrains (no wheat, barley, rye or oats). I eat a lot of varied veg and proteins but still get bad sugar cravings in the afternoons the day after training. Any suggestions how I can avoid these? Do I need to add more carbs to my diet and if so do you have any good suggestions on what?

You can try eat some sweet fruits, like apple, pears, watermelons, which will increase your fructose levels. You can also try to eat directly a tablespoon of honey.

Good Question: What’s so bad about gluten?
