I have heard somethings about PB but what about Gluten?

My daughter’s teacher states in an email one day that the classroom will be gluten free, then that evening i go to the grocery store, and on the freezer doors there are signs pointing to certain things saying “gluten free” so what is this all about?? And was the PB thing over allergies? I didn’t catch any tv.

kids/adults with celiacs disease cant be near, touch, breathe, eat any glutonous product..like wheat,oats, rye, spelt, bulgar,pasta…….. Actually they cant be near any food that has ever existed anywhere and it sucks. I have to cook in seperate pans, use seperate bowls, and utensils. Use seperate sponges to wash those things. THEN I have to wipe it all down with alcohol and let it air dry ..then rinse before use. Its the biggest pain in the azz EVER. If my child even sits at a table that has had flour or bread on it AND that table has been washed with hot soap and water ..and her arms touch that table. She will get blisters and burn type rashes that bleed and itch..it lasts for months and scars her
