Cookbooks? I want to get into Vegan desserts, delicious ones!?
I love food. Its the industry I am in, and I see a high demand for good vegan food, especially from a bakery! One of my favorite hobbies is experimenting with vegan or gluten free things and making delicious desserts and pastries that even hard core butter lovers would enjoy.
What cookbooks would you recommend for me? Definatly dessert books, but im open to learning the whole food spectrum.
thanks!
Definitely the Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero books.
