the best gluten free products
What’s the best way to find gluten free products ?

Finding Gluten Free Products can be a daunting task, There are many places you can go to purchase gluten free products. You can check your local grocery store, most have a whole isle devoted to purchasing gluten free products around the health foods or organic section. You can also find gluten free items at your local health food stores, these stores usually sell different kinds of flour’s like bean and soy that you can use to make homemade breads, cakes, and snacks. There is also a large amount of companies that sell their items online. Most of these companies are the name brands you will find in your grocery store, So instead of buying them at higher prices I would recommend that you purchase your gluten free products Online off the various companies that sell their items from a web store and ship to your home. There is a Blog about how to find gluten free foods located at
http://buyingglutenfree.blogspot.com/
They often review products and companies and give an honest answer about what is worth trying out and what don’t taste so well.

modified starch gluten
what is food starch modified?

Does it contain gluten?

Modified starch is rgular food starch modified to change its characteristics, such as thickening time and consistency. See the first link below for a more detailed desciption.

Gluten is a protein, and is potentially found associated with any starch from the cereal family. However, it is fairly easily separated, so typically is not a problem, so I would say no it doesn’t contain gluten, but it could.
