porridge gluten free
heart burn from whole grains??

I am having a hard time with acid reflux,ive been on a gluten free diet for years,my digestive system is so weak im not able to tolerate anything,brown rice is giving me heart burn :-( AND ACID REFLUX,all i had today was some brown rice porridge and the acid is coming up to my throat its so overwhelming,i did take a liquid b-complex could that also be causing this?
